Our Post Employment Care (PEC) includes a range of ongoing support and limited benefits available after the end of employment. This will include continued access to wellness resources on the Intellect platform, along with basic career support services such as résumé guidance and general interview preparation.
How does it work?
- Employees can request for post-employment care by filling in the form before their last working day
- After the verification process, employees will have access to post-employment care for 3 months following their termination date
- The Intellect app
- 24/7 Helpline Access (local-toll free numbers can be found on the Intellect app)
